The salary depends on the profession and experience. In any case, we clearly state the exact amount during the job interview before signing the contract – no "we'll see when you get there" talk. You'll know what to expect while still in Lithuania.

Accommodation is always free and you always live alone in a room – no four-person dorms. Accommodation is ready before you arrive. The location will depend on the project you are assigned to.

Us. Travel expenses between countries and to the site are covered - you don't need to invest to start working.

No. Employment is free for the employee – there are no fees for the application, documents, or intermediation.

The contract can be either Lithuanian or Danish. We take care of tax registration, insurance, and all documents, and tax rates are discussed individually (we provide consultations). You work legally from day one.

For most positions, language skills are not required – we have colleagues at the sites with whom you can communicate in Lithuanian. Of course, English language skills always open up more opportunities and flexibility.

Depends on the profession: experience is often not required for support staff, 2+ years for craftsmen, and 5+ years for specialists in more complex projects. When filling out the application form, indicate your actual experience, and we will find a suitable project.
